Hi ColourEAK friends,
It is the Saturday before we officially launch as ColourEAK Publishing and honestly, we can hardly believe we are finally here.
Although, depending on when you are reading this, there is a very good chance we have already launched, which means there are now over 20 brand new books for you to browse, fall in love with and add to your colouring collection. Very dangerous information for anyone who told themselves they were “just looking”. We see you.
Kay and I have been super busy behind the scenes over the last few weeks getting everything ready. There has been a lot of binding, sorting, packing, organising and double-checking, plus a very questionable amount of caffeine. The late nights have been real, but seeing all of these beautiful new books come together has made every single one worth it.
We are so excited to finally share this next chapter with you. ColourEAK Publishing means we now get to bring even more amazing artists into the ColourEAK world, offering their books in our lovely ringbound formats and giving you even more cosy pages to colour.
We feel so lucky to have such wonderful artists joining us for this first launch. Each one brings something a little different, from cosy scenes and sweet characters to bold and easy pages, magical worlds and feel-good designs. It has been so lovely seeing all their artwork come through the office and slowly turn into real books ready for you.
And because we love sharing a little bit of behind-the-scenes excitement with you, here is some exclusive news: our next ColourEAK Publishing launch is already full, and the one after that is already starting to fill too. How exciting is that? We genuinely cannot wait to keep growing this little publishing world with you all.
For now, we are putting the finishing touches on everything for tomorrow. The office is slowly starting to look less like a paper tornado has passed through it, which feels like progress. I am off to finish organising, check the books one more time and, you guessed it, make another coffee.
